Hello Tigershark Families,

The volunteer sign-up portal is officially OPEN! Time to dive in and grab your shifts.

Our swimmers have spent the whole summer grinding through early mornings and late evenings, tough sets, and more laps than any of us can count. Now it's our turn to show up for them. Let's give them the championship experience they've worked so hard for.

We are a small but mighty team. Every single adult volunteer matters. We have 61 swimmers from 39 families signed up for Champs. We need all/both adults in a family to sign up for at least one shift during Champs in order to fill our 77 job openings. We simply can't put on a meet like this without all of you. 

Quick reminder on seating: each family only receives one ticket per swimmer. So if you have one swimmer competing in Session One, you'll only have one ticket to view swims from the balcony area. Volunteering is what gets you onto the pool deck, which means the best seats in the house are volunteer seats. 

Here are a few jobs worth your consideration. 

Ribbon Worker: 

This job is the golden ticket of volunteer jobs. You get a seat, a balcony view of the pool, and deck access, so you'll have the best seat in the house for every single race. Fair warning: this job disappears fast, so don't sleep on it.

Safety Marshal: Calling all heroes and service oriented people! This is the job for anyone who takes duty and honor seriously. Safety Marshals are our front line, keeping our swimmers safe and protecting our continued use of the Fowler Center by making sure everyone respects the facility and the rules. It might not come with a spotlight, but it comes with our deepest gratitude. The meet simply cannot happen without people willing to serve our team and keep everyone safe.
