Summer 2017

Note: For the first week of the season, practices are in the afternoon on Monday - Thursday for all groups. The following week, practices move to mornings Monday - Friday for all groups with optional evening practice Monday - Thursday for the more advanced swimmers.

*Note: The week of June 5-9, Rookies will practice 4:30 - 5:30 PM

**Note: The afternoon practices and stroke development classes are designed to supplement morning practices, not replace them, unless a swimmer has a different morning commitment. Senior swimmers are strongly encouraged to practice 2x a day as often as possible each week.
