Tuesday, May 21 - Friday, May 24 (Coach John to communicate initial group placements via email)
3:15 pm - 4:00 pm All Rookies with Coach Nan and Coach John
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm All Juniors with Coach John
4:45 pm - 6:00 pm All PreSeniors/Seniors with Coach John

Mornings (Mon - Fri): Focus on skills and technique
8:00 - 8:30 am Rookie 1 Group 1 Coach Nan
8:30 - 9:00 am Rookie 1 Group 2 Coach Nan
8:00 - 8:30 am Rookie 2 Group 1 Coach Alyssa
8:30 - 9:00 am Rookie 2 Group 2 Coach Alyssa
8:00 - 8:30 am Junior 1 Group 1 Coach John
8:30 - 9:00 am Junior 1 Group 2 Coach John
9:00 - 10:30 am Junior 2, Pre-Senior, Senior Coach John
10:30 - 11:00 am Dryland Junior 2, Pre-Senior, Senior Coach John
Afternoons (Mon, Wed and Thurs): Focus on conditioning
5:00 - 5:15 Dryland Coach John
5:15 - 6:45 Junior 2, PreSenior, Senior* Coach John
*Seniors who can’t make morning practice or who would like to do two practices a day should attend the evening dryland and practice.
