3:15 pm EVALUATIONS for Rookies, Juniors, and all new swimmers.

NO PreSenior or Senior practice.

Tuesday, May 21 - Friday, May 24 (Coach John to communicate initial group placements via email)

3:15 pm - 4:00 pm                 All Rookies with Coach Nan and Coach John

4:00 pm - 4:45 pm                 All Juniors with Coach John

4:45 pm - 6:00 pm                All PreSeniors/Seniors with Coach John

WEEK TWO - EIGHT Mon, May 27 - Fri, July 12

Mornings (Mon - Fri): Focus on skills and technique

8:00 - 8:30 am     Rookie 1 Group 1***                                         Coach Nan

8:30 - 9:00 am     Rookie 1 Group 2***                                        Coach Nan

***Note that Coach Nan’s Rookie 1 Swimmers (Groups 1 and 2) will practice in the afternoons at 5:00 pm (Group 1) and 5:30 pm (Group 2) on June 3 - 7.
